COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
Through various partnerships e.g Volkswagensure, we are able to arrange a comprehensive selection of cover options that can be customised to your personal needs.
CREDIT INSURANCE
Through our various insurance partners, we are able to offer this product. If you were to die, be disabled, get a life threatening disease or be retrenched, this policy provides credit life insurance which will assist to meet your credit agreement obligations.SHORTFALL INSURANCE
This cover is available to protect car owners from having to pay a ‘shortfall’ when a car is written off or a total loss through theft, hijacking or accident. There may be a difference between the amount of the existing loan and the payout on the comprehensive policy and this policy protects you against this potential difference. There are various other benefits included in the different products on offer that would be discussed further in detail.BODYLINE MAINTENANCE COVER
This policy covers small damages to your vehicle, keeping it in showroom condition without affecting your claim status on your comprehensive policy.WARRANTIES
A Warranty or a warranty extension is, "Mechanical Breakdown Insurance" which will cover a number of listed parts in the event of failure or breakage. Often termed a, "Parts basket Cover" it is limited to the parts and values listed in the policy documents. There are exclusions which are listed in the policy documents.SERVICE PLANS
Service plans cover all the scheduled service costs (parts and labour) according to the requirements of the manufacturer of your vehicle. The checks required and parts to replace are specified in your service book. Any other costs (or required repair/replacement) will be for your account. These products do not cover wear and tear parts or breakage and damage caused through use.MAINTENANCE PLANS
Will cover all mechanical aspects of vehicle Maintenance, servicing and repairs. Tows in charges incurred are also covered should the cause of breakdown be covered by the Maintenance Plan.N.B.
